GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS
1.1 Price – the amount the Buyer must pay for the Goods.
1.2 Delivery Price – the charge for delivering the Goods, including packaging costs.
1.3 Total Price – the sum of the Goods Price and Delivery Price.
1.4 VAT – value-added tax in accordance with applicable Polish legal regulations.
1.5 Invoice – VAT document issued based on the Total Price, issued in PLN.
1.6 Order – binding request by the Buyer to conclude a sales contract for Goods.
1.7 User Account – account created using provided details, storing data and order history.
1.8 You – individual purchasing via the online store.
1.9 Goods – all products offered within the online shop.
1.10 Payment Operator – entity providing online payment processing for quick transfers is PayU S.A.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Purchasing Goods is only available via the online store website, with delivery limited to Poland.
2.2 The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate, truthful personal and contact information.
2.3 Customer reviews visible on the store are verified and linked to completed orders.
2.4 Privacy Policy – The Online Store processes customers’ personal data to fulfil orders, handle complaints, maintain user accounts, and send promotional offers (only where the customer has given explicit consent). Data processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Polish Civil Code. Full details on personal data processing are located in the Privacy Policy page of the website. This English privacy text serves only as a translation for browsing purposes. All personal data processing complies with GDPR and Polish national data protection laws, applicable solely to orders delivered within Poland.

CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 The official binding contract language is Polish. This English text is provided solely as a user interface translation for convenience; only the Polish version carries legal force.
3.2 The contract is a distance sales agreement formed exclusively through the online store, fulfilled only for Polish delivery addresses.
3.3 To place an Order, you must submit:
a) Details of selected Goods
b) Product price, delivery cost, selected payment method and delivery service
c) Valid identification and contact details required for shipment within Poland
3.4 All order data may be reviewed and edited before final submission. Once confirmed, the order request is sent to the store.
3.5 An Order confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address; the sales contract is formed at the moment confirmation is dispatched.
3.6 We reserve the right to refuse order confirmation in cases of out-of-stock inventory or exceeded order quantity limits.
3.7 If an incorrect price is displayed on the website, we are not bound to supply Goods at that erroneous rate.
3.8 Once the contract is formed, the Buyer is liable to pay the full Total Price.
USER ACCOUNT
4.1 A User Account is created upon successful website registration.
4.2 The Buyer must supply accurate information and update details promptly if changes occur.
4.3 Login credentials (username and password) are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
4.4 Each account is personal and non-transferable to other individuals.
4.5 We may suspend or block an account if the user breaches these Terms.
4.6 Temporary access restrictions to the store may apply during scheduled platform maintenance.
PRICES, PAYMENTS, OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
5.1 Individual product prices are displayed on the website and within your Order summary.
5.2 The Total Price shown includes VAT and all mandatory statutory charges. Prices may be displayed in EUR as a reference currency on the website; all final charges, VAT invoices and payment settlements are processed exclusively in Polish Złoty (PLN).
5.3 Accepted payment methods:
- Stripe (card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
- PayU (bank transfer, BLIK, card payments, Google Pay / Apple Pay, Buy Now Pay Later)
- Traditional bank transfer
- Cash on Delivery
5.4 A digital VAT invoice denominated in PLN will be emailed to you after full payment is received.
5.5 Legal ownership of Goods transfers to the Buyer once full payment is completed and the parcel is received.
5.6 Refunds will be issued using the identical payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Buyer approves an alternative solution. Under no circumstances will the Buyer incur fees related to the refund process.
GOODS DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER
6.1 Order fulfilment timeline: goods prepared for shipping within 2 working days (excluding weekends), delivery transit up to 3 working days. Full total fulfilment time is a maximum of 5 working days.
6.2 Delivery carriers available: InPost Parcel Lockers, InPost Courier, DPD Courier, DHL Courier.
6.3 Standard delivery service is available for Poland only.
6.4 All orders qualify for free delivery within Poland.
6.5 Delivery timelines may extend due to courier network high volume periods.
6.6 The recipient must inspect packaging for damage at the point of collection/delivery.
6.7 If the Buyer fails to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to cancel the sales contract.
6.8 Additional redelivery costs caused by the Buyer’s fault will be charged to the Buyer.
6.9 Risk of damage or loss to the Goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical collection of the parcel.
6.10 Order processing commences only once the store receives confirmation of successful payment clearance from the payment operator.
RIGHTS FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
7.1 We guarantee Goods are free from defects at handover, matching website descriptions and fit for their intended purpose (product conformity).
7.2 All consumer warranty rights are governed by Polish commercial and civil law.
7.3 Defect complaints (claims) may only be submitted via email to shop@scentory.pl.
7.4 If a product contains a defect, you are entitled to repair or product replacement.
7.5 We may decline repair if the fix is impossible or disproportionately expensive relative to the product value.
7.6 If repair/replacement is refused, you may request a price reduction or full contract cancellation.
7.7 Minor cosmetic defects do not qualify for contract cancellation.
7.8 No claim rights apply if defects arise from damage caused by the Buyer’s improper handling.
7.9 Standard wear and tear from regular use is not classified as a product defect.
7.10 We will send formal acknowledgement once your complaint form is received.
7.11 Complaints are resolved within 14 calendar days from submission date.
7.12 For valid justified complaints, we will refund associated delivery and payment fees.
7.13 Business buyers (traders) must notify defects within 3 days of receipt.
7.14 Private consumers hold warranty rights for 24 months following product delivery.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
8.1 Rules for contract withdrawal are defined in this chapter.
8.2 Private consumers have the right to cancel the contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the Goods.
8.3 Cancellation notices must be sent exclusively via email to shop@scentory.pl.
8.4 Cancellation rights do not apply in exemptions outlined within the Polish Civil Code.
8.5 The 14-day cooling-off window is respected if your cancellation email is sent before expiry.
8.6 After submitting cancellation notice, Goods must be returned to this address within 14 days:

8.7 The Buyer bears all shipping costs for returning items.
8.8 Refunds are processed once returned Goods are received and inspected, no later than 14 days after receipt, via your original payment method in PLN equivalent value.
8.9 The Buyer is liable for any reduction in product value caused by careless or inappropriate handling before return.
8.10 We may cancel the contract pre-delivery where valid justified grounds exist.
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 The Seller is not bound to any industry codes of conduct.
9.2 For complaints or contract cancellation queries, contact us via email at shop@scentory.pl.
9.3 Out-of-court consumer dispute mediation is administered by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, Poland).
FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1 The contractual legal relationship is governed by the laws of Poland.
10.2 All formal correspondence between parties is conducted electronically by email.
10.3 Amendments to this contract require mutual written agreement from both parties.
10.4 We accept no liability for damages arising from force majeure unforeseen events.
10.5 Attachments include the Complaint Form and Contract Cancellation Form.
10.6 Completed sales contracts are stored digitally for archive purposes.
10.7 These General Terms and Conditions enter into force on 11 March 2026.
