Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your provided email address, allowing you to check your parcel’s status online.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver only to addresses within Poland. Order preparation takes up to 2 working days (excluding weekends), with an additional 3 working days for courier transit. The full total fulfilment time is a maximum of 5 working days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at shop@scentory.pl and we will attempt to update your delivery address.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, we provide official VAT invoices upon request. Tick the relevant option during checkout and submit your required personal or business details.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Full rules for returns and complaints can be found in the dedicated store section and our Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel my order before shipment?

Yes, you may cancel your order prior to dispatch. Cancellation is no longer possible once the parcel has been sent; in this scenario our standard contract withdrawal and product return rules apply.

Am I allowed to return a product without giving a reason?

Yes, you hold the legal right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days after receiving your order with no reason required. Full return procedure details are located in the “Returns & Complaints” page and our Terms and Conditions.

Do you guarantee product quality?

Yes, we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a replacement, repair or full refund.

Can I have my order delivered to an InPost parcel locker?

Yes, we offer delivery to InPost parcel lockers across Poland.

Do you ship orders outside the European Union?

We do not deliver outside of Poland. All shipments are sent exclusively to addresses within the Republic of Poland.

Do you offer discounts for returning customers?
