Returns & Complaints

You may return products purchased from us within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your parcel. To start a return, log into your user account and use our quick return tool.

Step 1: Select items to return

Return all items from your order or only selected products. You have a 14-day window to submit your return request.

Step 2: Fill in shipment details

Check pre-filled order information and complete any missing data: shipping method, packaging type, and drop-off date.

Step 3: Pack and send your parcel

Repack goods in the original box or alternative secure packaging. Hand the package to a courier, drop it at an InPost parcel locker or collection point. Items will be delivered back to our store warehouse.

Please include your purchase receipt and a contract cancellation form inside the parcel. You can download the form below. If you use a custom form, clearly state your bank account number and full name to speed up your refund process.
You may also send your signed contract cancellation notice via email to shop@scentory.pl.
The 14-day cooling-off period is upheld based on either the timestamp of your cancellation email or the date you hand over the return parcel to the delivery service.
Returned goods must be complete (with original tags and packaging) and show no signs of wear or use. If returned items fail to meet these conditions, we will send them back to you at your own cost.
Refunds for returned goods are processed no later than 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect your parcel. Funds are returned using the same payment method you used at checkout. For partial order returns, original delivery fees will not be reimbursed.
If you cancel the contract due to defective goods, non-conforming items, or failed parcel collection, we will refund the full total amount paid immediately, and in all cases within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
If you return goods for personal reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., dissatisfaction after opening/testing), you are responsible for covering return delivery costs. We will refund the full product price with no deductions once goods arrive at our warehouse.
