You can find precise lead times for product preparation on each product page. We begin processing your order immediately once payment is received. For traditional bank transfer payments, processing will be extended by the time required for funds to clear into our account.

 

Order handling times may be slightly longer during promotional campaign periods.

 

Once your order is fully packed and prepared, the parcel will be handed over to the courier service.

 

Preparation for shipment takes up to 2 working days (excluding weekends), and delivery across Poland takes 3 working days. The full total order processing period is a maximum of 5 working days.
